Abstract

The subject of theoretical research is the sense specification of conceptual category apparatus of pedagogy and education in conditions of decentralization and regionalization of social life. The article aims at revealing of approaches to develop an efficient model of restructurisation of region’s educational system and achievement of ta perspective result of implementation thereof taking into account the basic principle of regionalization “Strong regions – strong Russia”. Methodology of research is based on the works by Russian teachers, psychologists and other researchers (B. G. Anayev, A. L. Venger, M. R. Ginsburg, E. D. Dneprov, E. F. Zeer, A. N. Leontyev, I. V. Meshkova, S. L. Rubinstein, I. P. Smirnov, E. V. Tkachenko, D. I. Feldstein, V. D. Shadrikov, N. K. Chapaev etc.), encouraging people to develop their potential through active interaction with social-professional sphere or professional-educational space of a region. Results of research are shown in the form of theoretical generalization of the basic system forming notion “environment” according to the sources of pedagogical, psychological and other character, reflecting decentralization and regionalization of professional education, requiring further specification of terminology and such notions as educational environment, region, education regionalization, regional educational space etc. The conclusions point out the necessity of encouraging preservance and development of “the uniform educational space of Russia”.
